Terms of Service

By accessing or using Cyon, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

We may modify the Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

You must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Admins control workspace configuration, user permissions, and data retention. Customer is responsible for obtaining appropriate consents when adding client data.

Paid plans are billed in accordance with the order form or subscription settings. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

Late payments may result in suspension. To dispute an invoice, contact billing@cyon.cloud within 15 days of receipt.

Do not misuse Cyon by attempting to breach security, copy or resell features, or store unlawful content. We reserve the right to investigate and suspend accounts violating these standards.

Users must comply with applicable laws including privacy, intellectual property, and export regulations.

Cyon retains all rights to the platform, including software, branding, and documentation. Customers retain rights to their own data and uploaded content.

By submitting feedback, you grant Cyon a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use it to improve the service.

Either party may terminate for convenience with written notice, subject to any contractual commitments. We may suspend or terminate immediately if you materially breach these Terms.

Upon termination, you may request data export for 30 days. After that, data will be scheduled for deletion per our privacy policy.

To the extent permitted by law, Cyon’s aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

We provide the service “as is” and disclaim implied warranties, except where prohibited by law.
