Do you offer monthly and annual billing?
Yes. Starter and Growth plans can be billed monthly or annually. Annual subscriptions include built-in savings and can be activated at any time without disrupting your workspace.
What happens when we exceed the client limit on our plan?
We’ll prompt you to add a client block (+25, +50, or +100 clients) or upgrade tiers. Blocks are billed monthly or annually and can be removed once they’re no longer needed.
Which AI employees are included?
Every plan includes the AI Marketing & LeadGen bot. Growth adds two premium bot credits and Enterprise includes five. Additional bots—like Client Success or Financial Analyst—are available for $1–$5 per month.
Can we downgrade or upgrade later?
Absolutely. Plans prorate automatically, and your automations, analytics, and client data stay intact as you move between tiers.
Do you offer onboarding and success support?
