Responsible disclosure
Researchers may report vulnerabilities to security@cyon.cloud with detailed reproduction steps. We acknowledge reports within two business days.
Business continuity
Incident management, backup retention, and disaster recovery objectives are codified in our policies. SLAs include acknowledged response times and escalation paths.
Customer controls
Admins can configure SSO, enforce MFA, manage SCIM provisioning, and define data retention rules tailored to client requirements.
